Ten levels of sandwich, plus the academic dessert. The higher you go, the more interesting the exam. Every sandwich can be customised.

Under the guidance of chef Luca Muolo, every sandwich starts from fresh, carefully chosen ingredients. Club sandwiches, tramezzini and fillings that change with the season: pick from the menu, or tell us what you like and we build your sandwich together. A corner of Turin where sandwiches are taken seriously — without taking ourselves too seriously.
